Privacy at DeskGraph
What we collect, why, and how to delete it.
Effective March 2026
What we collect
Three things: your email address, which form you signed up from, and a timestamp. That's it. No name, no company, no phone number. We ask for what we need and nothing else.
How we store it
Your email lives in Cloudflare KV, an edge key-value store. It's not shared with third parties. It's not exported to marketing tools. It's not synced to a CRM. It sits there until we launch and email you. If we haven't launched within one year, we'll delete all waitlist data and notify you by email before doing so.
Why we collect it
One reason: to notify you when DeskGraph launches. We won't send newsletters, drip campaigns, or "just checking in" emails. One email when we're ready. That's the deal.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It's privacy-first by design: no cookies, no personal data, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting. Cloudflare processes aggregate page view data. We can see that someone visited the site. We can't see who.
- No cookies from us or our analytics
- No tracking pixels
- No third-party scripts beyond Cloudflare analytics
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@deskgraph.io and we'll handle it. No forms, no hoops, no waiting period. We delete immediately.
- Right to access your data
- Right to rectification
- Right to deletion
- Right to data portability
This policy covers the deskgraph.io marketing site and waitlist. When the product launches, it will have its own privacy policy covering product-specific data handling.
